We recommend saving the reports you need most often to the report gallery. Depending on your permissions, you can save a report as personal or shared.
My reports are only visible to you and you can add them to your own dashboards. When you want to create a shared report, select which permission profiles you want to share the report with or add it to the shared dashboard. You can find all the reports you have saved in the report gallery.
If you have reports you need daily, we recommend adding them to your dashboard. If you need reports less frequently, save them as favourite reports, so you can easily find them in the top navigation. In addition to your own reports, you can also find reports shared to your permission profile in the same place.
Users with permissions to share reports can view all shared reports in the Report gallery.
