File and link keywords help you identify and locate files and links in Severa. For successful use, keywords should be managed by an administrator who specifies what words are in use and removes unnecessary ones. When a file or link is added to a sales case or project, one or more keywords can be used to tag them.

Manage file and link keywords

To manage file and link keywords go to Settings > Project management > File and link keywords. You can add new keywords based on your needs and edit the existing ones. When editing a keyword, you can see with how many files and links it is associated with and view a list of them.

To disable or delete a keyword, just hover your mouse over the row and the available actions appear. When deleting a keyword that is associated with files or links, you are prompted to either swap the keyword to another or delete the specific keyword from them.
