OCCURS NOW- Vispertti joins the Beta user interface: Vispertti, the AI assistant familiar from our Help pages, now also supports users in their daily tasks in the renewed user interface.
- Development idea process: We are currently focusing on a major user interface renewal. We are not bringing new development ideas into the current user interface right now, but critical errors are still fixed as a priority. Please continue to submit development ideas from the classic user interface: Profile menu > Send feedback.
WHAT’S NEXT- Billing and project management: We are currently working on billing functions, invoice administration and the first version of the project plan.
- Feedback on the Beta user interface: We hope to receive active feedback from Beta users to develop Severa in the future. Share your opinion via the Rate Beta button in the Beta view.

| TERM UPDATES- We have harmonised our terminology in the English user interface: Case is now Project and Account is Customer.
- In the Finnish user interface, Työn vastuuhenkilö (person responsible for the work) will from now on be called Project manager.
- The change mainly affects columns in reporting.
PROJECT MEMBER permission level CHANGES- The changes apply only to the Project member permission level in the Projects section.
- From now on, a project manager assigned to a project who has this permission level can view the financial information of their own projects (price lists, forecasts, billing) more clearly.
- Editing the project’s price list or forecasts is currently not possible with this permission level.
- Viewing quotes and revenue allocation requires at least the Project manager permission level.

- For Severa business units that have their own vat number and operate as separate invoicing companies under the same Severa environment, a separate integration connection to Fortnox can be defined.
- A business unit’s own integration is enabled in Severa’s integration settings via Settings > Integrations > Fortnox, by defining the integration settings separately for each business unit, i.e. company.
