Product categories are a way to group products and services based on common attributes.
Groups can be based on the product type, product location or which department provides a service. For example, if the product is ad space, the group might be online, television, radio, magazine or newspaper.
Manage product categories
Add product category by selecting Settings > Work time, travel expense & product registries > Product categories and select Add product category. You can set a default product category, which will be automatically assigned to new products unless changed during the addition phase.
