In Settings, you can create your own KPIs. Depending on your business, you might need to report e.g. utilization or project profitability differently, or create totally new KPI's that help you steer your business.

KPI creation is available in Platinum and Enterprise versions.

You can create project, invoice and user KPIs. These are available in relevant reports for each. You can also choose to show custom case KPIs on the project card, invoice KPIs when you create invoices, and user KPIs in the work hour entry view in Time & Expenses.

In addition, you can add your own custom fields and use them for calculating KPI's. See more detailed information here. You can add custom fields to four categories:

  • Currency (use in KPI calculation)
  • Date
  • Numeric value (use in KPI calculation)
  • Text
