In Settings, you can create your own KPIs. Depending on your industry, you might need to report usages, project profitability or create totally new KPIs that help you steer your company.

KPI creation is available in Platinum and Enterprise editions.

You can create KPIs for projects, invoices and users. These are available in relevant reports for each section. You can also choose to show project KPIs on the project card, invoice KPIs when you create invoices, and user KPIs in the Time & Expenses view.

In addition, you can add your own custom fields and use them for calculating KPIs. See more detailed information here. You can add custom fields in four different formats:

  • Currency (use in KPI calculation)
  • Day
  • Numeric value (use in KPI calculation)
  • Text
