Lead sources identify how case sales are generated. Whether initiated by the customer, through cold calls or from a partner's suggestion, lead sources can be used to track sales figures and delimit report results.

Manage lead sources

To manage lead sources go to Settings > Sales & proposals > Lead sources. You can add new ones based on how leads are generated in your organization and edit the existing ones. When editing a lead source, you can see with how many sales cases it is associated with and view a list of those cases.

To disable or delete a lead source, just hover your mouse over the row and the available actions appear. When deleting a lead source that is linked with a sales case, you are prompted to either swap the source or remove the lead source from the linked sales cases.
