Project tasks are activities that usually take a longer time to complete, and go through different statuses. Compared to other activity types, the main difference is that you have the possibility to set a status to project task and you can then view in project kanban and task kanban views.

Manage project task types

Available types are managed through Settings > Calendar & Tasks > Project task types.

You can add new types based on your needs and edit the existing ones. To add a new project task type, click Add project task type and enter a descriptive name for it.

When editing a project task type, you can also see with how many activities it is associated with.

To disable or delete a project task type, just hover your mouse over the row and the available actions appear.
