Description

The DocStarter software includes an interface to Severa, which allows project information and related personal data from Severa to be transferred to DocStarter. DocStarter automatically adds the information to new documents.

Implementation

To successfully implement the interface, the SOAP API interface must be enabled in Severa. Please note that the integration is only supported in Finland. If your company does not yet have the interface enabled, you can enable it directly from your company's subscription management: open gear icon > Subscription > Integrations.  See detailed instructions on implementing the interface. Once the SOAP API is in use, you can create the API key needed for the interface.

The actual implementation takes place on the DocStarter side, where the API key is added to the user settings. The implementation support and development of the interface is provided by DocStarter.
