You have a few login options to choose from. All options are automatically available, so if your company uses, for example, Google services, you can log in to Severa using your Google credentials when the email address is the same as your Severa login name.
Credential type | |
---|---|
Severa credentials | User name is your email address. Password is set the first time you log in. |
You can log in using your Google credentials. The email address used in Google and Severa must be the same. | |
Microsoft | You can log in using your Microsoft credentials (for example O365 or Azure). The email address used in Microsoft and Severa must be the same. |
Issues with authentication?
The most common issues with authentication are related to the client credential (email or password). Please check through your company's main user what email address is set for your Severa profile.
If you have the browser's automatic field saving enabled, it is important to update the information in the browser when changing the password and/or email address. This way, the browser will not suggest outdated login information in the future.
For authentication issues, we recommend contacting our customer service to resolve the issue.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your Severa credential password or the password you entered is not accepted, you can reset your password after entering your email address through the Forgot your password? link displayed.
After clicking the link, you need to enter your email address and perform reCAPTCHA authentication. After successful authentication, you can choose between two options:
- Reset password: Receive an email to reset your password.
- One-time login link: Receive an email with a login link that allows you to log in immediately.
