When using ticketing system, it is very valuable to get the customer communication into your work management solution for everyone to see. Our partner Mutex Oy has done an integration between Severa and Zendesk that transfers the customers and contacts from Severa into Zendesk and returns the customer ticket information into Severa as an activity.
