You can access your calendar by selecting Schedule > Calendar from the side navigation.
Depending on your permissions you can also access other users calendar by selecting the person in User menu. KPI values also reflect the selected users data.
You can view calendar in day, week or month view. Calendar shows all activities and you can easily recognize the activity group by it's colour:
- Calendar entry: Light blue
- To-do: Green
- Project task: Violet
- Personal: Grey
- Absence: Orange
You can change your calendar view settings by clicking the small settings icon:
- Select the hours shown in the calendar view (start and end).
- Select from what weekday your week starts.
- Show or hide weekends.
- Group identical calendar events.
These settings are stored only in your browser's cache so if you want the changes to affect all browsers and devices, go to your User profile and update the information in Calendar and Activities section.
You can also view other user's calendar using the Select calendars button. After selecting the users you can also save the view as a new calendar group by clicking the Save as new group.
Planned activities list shows all tasks assigned to you divided into tasks that are overdue, due today or happening in the future. You can easily edit the task by hovering your mouse over it and for example move to a later date.
You can add new calendar entries and to-do's in this view. If you need to add an All day activity, just click on the all day area shown on top of the calendar and add your entry. By clicking Edit full editing options are opened. The calendar that opens next to the activity details section makes it easier to find empty slots in your calendar making it easier to avoid double booking. If you need to edit an entry you can open it from the calendar.
Activity group cannot be changed after the activity is saved the first time.
