Settings > Key performance indicators (KPIs) > KPI usage allows you to select which KPIs are displayed.
Time & Expenses
Select the values that are shown to users in the Time & Expenses view. Custom User KPI's created in KPI creation can also be selected as values.
Project financials
Select the values that are shown in the project's Financials tab.

Team productivity
When invoicing projects with fixed fees, it is important to know how well the project is doing when comparing the billing to the hourly rate. Share of billing is a user KPI which tells how much each project member has contributed to the project invoicing. This KPI offers a lot of insight especially when invoicing projects with a flat rate.
To define how the share of billing is calculated in your company, go to Settings > Key performance indicators (KPIs) > KPI usage. By default, employees get their Share of billing based on the value of hours, but it can also be calculated based on quantity of hours or cost.
You can also choose what kind of billing is included in the calculation. By default, the calculation includes work hours and regular products with type Own work.
