To select what KPI's are shown, go to Settings > Key performance indicators (KPIs) > KPI usage.

Select the values that are shown for employees in the KPI strip of Time & Expenses view. Custom User KPI's created in KPI creationcan be selected here as values.

Select the values that are shown in the Financials tab of a project.

Team productivity
When invoicing projects with fixed fees, it is important to know how well the project is doing when comparing the billing to the entered hours. Share of billing is an employee KPI which tells how much each project member has contributed to the project invoicing. This KPI offers a lot of insight especially when invoicing projects with fixed fees.
To define how the share of billing is calculated in your company, go to Settings > Key performance indicators (KPIs) > KPI usage. As default, employees get their Share of billing based on the value of hours but it can also be divided based on quantity of work hours or by employee costs.
You can also choose what kind of invoicing is shared for the employees. As default the billing consists of invoiced work hours and products with type own work.
