You can access your to-do's by selecting Schedule > To-do list from the side navigation. This view lists all entries and you can easily recognize the activity group by it's colour:
- Calendar entry: Light blue
- To-do: Green
- Project task: Violet
- Personal: Grey
- Absence: Orange
Depending on your permissions you can access other users to-do's by selecting the person in Assignee menu. When viewing other user's data, also KPI values reflect the selected users data.
To-do list displays all tasks assigned to you divided into tasks that are overdue, due today or happening in the future. In this view you can also add new tasks using the Add To-do button or edit existing ones by hovering your mouse over it and for example move to a later date. Editing the activity group is not possible so if you have created an activity using an incorrect group, you need to delete the activity and create it again.
When using Resourcing, you can also see your resource allocations in the Resource allocations section.
Use the mass update feature to Postpone all activities or Complete all activities within a section. When hovering your mouse over your to-do list, you can also select individual activities and update them with just few clicks.
