Viewing and editing the task list
On the task list, you can see all tasks in list form and recognize the activity group by its color:
- Calendar entry: Light blue
- To-do: Green
- Project task: Violet
- Personal: Grey
- Absence: Orange
The task list is found under the Planned activities heading. In this list, tasks are divided into overdue, today, and later tasks. From the list, you can easily, for example, move a task to a later time or mark it as complete. By hovering your mouse over the task list, you can select individual entries and update them easily using the mass update feature. Please note that it is not possible to change the activity group of an already saved entry.
