Customer numbers are used to identify your customers. They are assigned automatically when a customer is added to Severa.

Manage customer numbering

To manage customer numbering go to Settings > Customers & contacts > Customer numbering.

By default customer numbers are four digits long and you can change the numbering sequence by entering manually the next customer number. When a new customer is created, it will get the number defined here and the sequence is continued from there.
