Go to view sales cases via the page navigation Sales > Summary. In the Summary view’s sales pipeline, you can quickly see the sales cases in progress and their statuses. These correspond to the sales statuses defined in the company’s Settings . You can view sales cases either in List or Kanban format. Select your preferred display option from the right-hand side of the view.

The sales cases shown in the summary depend on the user’s permissions and the filters used in the view. You can filter the view by keywords or sales person. To see the Sales section in the page navigation, the user must have at least Project manager-level permissions for projects.
