Sales overview gives you a good idea of the sales cases in different statuses in the pipeline. These correspond to the statuses you’ve set in Settings. You can either browse the cases in list or kanban view and the cases you see depend on your permissions and filters used. You can for example filter cases by some keywords or sales person.

On top of the view you can see a KPI strip with a few preselected values (formulas are shown below).

KPI figure Formula
Sales this month Value of cases where expected order date is this month based on expected value.
Estimated this month Sales + Weighted value of cases where expected order date is this month.
Cases in need of attention Amount of cases where there are no activities OR activities are late OR closing is late (expected order date = before today).
Hitrate this month Sales cases won this month / (Sales cases lost this month + Sales cases won this month) * 100%.
