Sales overview view allows you to quickly see the sales cases in progress and their statuses in the pipeline. These correspond to the sales statuses defined in Settings. You can view sales cases either in list or kanban view. The sales cases you see depend on your permissions and filters used in the view. You can, for example, filter sales cases by keyword or sales person.

On top of the view, you can see preselected KPI figures (formulas below).

KPI figure Formula
Sales this month Project value of sales cases where expected order date is this month based on project value.
Estimated this month Sales + Weighted value of sales cases where expected order date is this month.
Cases in need of attention Quantity of sales cases where there are no activities or activities are overdue or closing is overdue (expected order date = before today).
Hitrate this month Sales cases won this month / (Lost sales cases this month + Sales cases won this month) * 100%.
