Proposal statuses define the process of the proposal document handling and help in automating the sales pipeline.
To manage proposal statuses, go to Settings > Sales & proposals > Proposal statuses. There is a preset of proposal statuses available but you can add new ones and edit the existing based on your needs.
When adding a new proposal status you always need to link it with a sales category describing in which state the sales process is in (Sales in progress, Won statuses or Lost statuses).
When editing a proposal status, you can see if it's linked with proposals. To disable or delete a proposal status, just hover your mouse over the row and the available actions appear. Before you can delete a proposal status that is in use, you need to either swap the linked usages to another proposal status or remove the status from the linked proposals.
