Customer collaboration tab is a place where you can find project tasks from all customer's projects in one Kanban view: how many tasks are not started or are in progress, to whom are the tasks assigned to and so on.
Your permissions might limit the data shown here. You are only able to view tasks from projects you have permissions to.
You can also easily move tasks from one status to another if you for example notice that some of the tasks assigned to you are not updated. Just grab the task and move it to the desired column.
Files and links can be added in here and Contact information tabs. When adding a new file here, you can either connect it to your customer or customer's project.
The possibility to manage files is based on Customer permissions:
- Read : Can view files
- Edit : Can add new files
