With Severa, you can manage various kinds of activities. You get best results when you have all your tasks and calendar entries in the same place, and tightly integrated to your projects, resourcing and work hours. We encourage you to take full use of these features together. The first step for this to happen is syncing your calendars to Severa. Schedule section views
The schedule section has three different views: Calendar, Task list or To-do list and Task kanban. You can navigate between the views using the left side navigation.
Add a new entry by clicking the green Add calendar entry/task/project task button at the top of your selected schedule view.
Filter the views with desired values by selecting filters from the top right corner of the view under Filters section.
If the Advanced resourcing add-on is enabled, conveniently view resource allocations from the same view by opening the Resource allocations section by clicking the arrow.
KPI figures
There is a KPI strip on top of all the different schedule pages. The default KPI values and formulas are shown below:

Activities completed this month | Activities that have start date this month and are closed. |
Deadlines upcoming in 2 weeks | Amount of projects and phases with deadline in next 14 days. |
Activities late | Activities where the end date is before today and activity is open. |
Activities open today | Start date today or earlier and end date today or later and activity is open. |
