We encourage you to take full use of these features together. The first step for this to happen is syncing your calendars to Severa.
There is a KPI strip on top of all the different schedule pages (calendar, to-do, task kanban). The default KPI values and formulas are shown below.
|Activities completed this month||Activities that have start date this month and are closed.|
|Deadlines upcoming in 2 weeks||Amount of projects and phases with deadline in next 14 days.|
|Activities late||Activities where the end date is before today and activity is open.|
|Activities open today||Start date today or earlier and end date today or later and activity is open.|
