With Severa, you can manage various kinds of activities. You get best results when you have all your tasks and calendar in the same place, and tightly integrated to your projects, resourcing and work hours. We encourage you to take full use of these features together. The first step for this to happen is syncing your calendars to Severa.
There is a KPI strip on top of all the different schedule pages (calendar, to-do, task kanban). The default KPI values and formulas are shown below.

| Activities completed this month | Activities that have start date this month and are closed. |
| Deadlines upcoming in 2 weeks | Amount of projects and phases with deadline in next 14 days. |
| Activities late | Activities where the end date is before today and activity is open. |
| Activities open today | Start date today or earlier and end date today or later and activity is open. |
