Sales process and its statuses can be edited in Settings > Sales & proposals > Sales statuses. You can add and remove statuses and edit the probabilities for each status. The order of the statuses is based on their probability %.
To change the status of a sales case, go to Sales overview kanban view or the Sales tab of a specific sales case. When a sales case is closed and marked as won, Probability is automatically updated to 100% and the Expected order date becomes the current day. These fields can also be edited manually.
When a sales case is completed and the sales status set as won, the sales case becomes an open project. If the sales case is marked as lost, it becomes a closed project.
To view the Sales overview you need to have at least Project manager level permissions to projects.
