Project status is a project management tool that helps you identify and track cases in your project portfolio. You’re able to tag projects with an icon, status name and a brief description, making it easier for you and other team members to see and understand a project’s standing. Pre-set statuses include for example Top performer, On hold, Under construction and Back on track.
Manage project statuses
To manage project statuses, go to Settings > Project management > Project statuses. You can add new ones and edit the existing based on your needs. When editing a status, you can see if it's linked with projects.
To disable or delete a status, just hover your mouse over the row and the available actions appear. When deleting a status that is linked with projects, you are prompted to either swap the status or delete the status selection from them.
