Maventa will become Inexchange in october 2026, and at the same time the provider of Maventa’s scanning service in Finland will change. This bulletin explains what each part of the change means for companies that use the Severa-Maventa integration, and what actions the company needs to take – and where.

1️⃣ Maventa will be Inexchange in the future

Maventa will become Inexchange in october 2026 as part of the merger of four Nordic e-invoicing companies. The new name will also be taken into use in Severa. We will automatically update most of the texts in the user interface for you, for example the integration settings. We will inform you about the changes later. You can find the official bulletin on the topic on Maventa’s website.

What actions does our company need to take in Severa?

Update the names of the company’s invoice statuses if needed

Invoice statuses are manually editable, so if your company has enabled invoice statuses where the outgoing Maventa name has been used, Severa will not update them for you. Instead, the company’s main user must, if desired, update the statuses to match the new Inexchange name. Proceed as follows:

  1. Check whether any invoice statuses have been named with the outgoing Maventa name.
  2. If yes, the main user must update the status names to match the new Inexchange name. Updating is done in Severa settings under Billing > Invoice statuses. The changes made in the invoice status settings are updated to Severa immediately.
  3. No other actions are required for the name change – we will take care of the rest.
⚠️ If you have used the outgoing name in other manually filled fields in the company (for example in project tasks, in project names or in other manually filled fields), the names must also be updated there.

2️⃣ Maventa will introduce a new scanning service provider in Finland

Maventa is renewing its scanning service in Finland. The service provider will change from the current Crediflow to InExchange Factorum AB. This change is separate from the name change described above, but it will take place at the same time. This change does not affect Severa. The company does not need to make any changes related to this in Severa – all necessary actions will be taken in Maventa. The new service provider’s addresses are already in use in Maventa. You can find detailed instructions and the full bulletin about the change in the scanning service on Maventa’s help site.

What does the change mean?

Email scanning

The current email address for scanning will remain valid. The old kollektor.fi address will continue to work in parallel with the scan.maventa.com address. If the scanning service has been enabled on 29 May 2026 or later, only the new service provider’s address is used.

Postal scanning

The postal scanning address will change to the following format:
Your company name
AIFIxxxx (your company’s own client credential)
PL 110
01301 VANTAA

You can find the company’s client credential in the Maventa user interface. The old postal address will stop working on 30 September 2026, after which letters sent to the old address will be returned to the sender.

✨ Switch from paper invoices to email scanning whenever possible – it is a faster and more effortless way to receive invoices.

What actions does our company need to take in Maventa?

  1. Check that your company’s postal address and the return address details of the scanning account are up to date in Maventa.
  2. If you use postal scanning, inform all your billers of the new address before 30 September 2026.
  3. Consider switching to email scanning if it is possible.
