In December 2023, the method of sending emails from Severa was changed. The change was made in response to the tightened email policies of various email service providers.
All emails originating from Severa (such as proposals & invoices) are sent from the address [noreplyto@severa.com]. A reply address is attached to those emails that were previously sent using the user's email address. If someone replies to such an email where the sender is a noreply address, the reply is directed to the email address of the person who originally sent the original message.
After December 18, 2023, there is no longer a need to configure email servers as allowed. If changes were made in the past, you can remove the Ip addresses / allowed addresses bullet list. Ip addresses: 81.22.243.84, 81.22.243.88, 81.22.243.104 and 81.22.243.105.
