Description
Power BI is a widely used reporting tool by Microsoft that integrates seamlessly with other Office 365 products, such as Microsoft Teams. DB Pro Service's Power BI integration solution enables automatic integration and visualization of all Severa data that its interface provides. The solution can be used directly from Power BI Desktop on a workstation or published to the Power BI service and shared with users, for example, via Teams or a mobile application. Additionally, the Power BI application can be easily customized to meet the customer's needs.
The Power BI application retrieves through Severa's interface, among other things, customers, projects and their phases, activities, time entries, invoices, sales (and their statuses), employees, companies and cost centers, products, as well as resources and resource reservations.
Deployment
To successfully deploy the interface, Severa must have the Severa SOAP API add-on enabled. The activation of the add-on can be done with admin rights from the gear icon > Subscription > Integrations. See detailed instructions on SOAP API. Once the Severa SOAP API is in use, you can create the necessary API key for the interface.
The integration is supported in Finland.
The deployment and support for the Power BI application and integration are provided by DB Pro Service Oy. Any changes and additions must be agreed separately with DB Pro Service.
