Microsoft on julkaissut Exceliin tietoturvapäivityksen, jonka seurauksena Severan vanhanmalliset raportit, kuten Työaikayhteenveto ja Työtuntimatriisi, eivät avaudu enää automaattisesti Excelissä.
Jotta saat raportit toimimaan normaalisti, tee seuraava asetusmuutos Excelissä:

Microsoft published a security update for Excel, which is preventing some of Severa's reports to open in Exce (the ones we haven't renewed yet i.e. Work hour summary and Work hour matrix). The difference with the new style reports is that the old ones aren't actually Excel files, but HTML and now Microsoft as default prevents these to open in Excel. This issue affects 2016, 2013 and 2010 versions of Excel after installing the update.
The issue occurs so, that Excel does open, but is completely blank.
How to fix the issue?
Depending on the version you are using there are two ways to fix the issue:

Do you have cases where the customer who orders the project is not the one paying the bill? What about cases where invoice should be sent to several customers from the same project?
Up until now Visma Severa has been lacking the possibility to send invoices to other parties than to the main customer of the case. We are happy to present you the solution on July 12th!
