Sales

In the Sales section, you see your organization’s ongoing sales cases and the overall sales status at a glance. You can find the view in the page navigation under Sales. The view is available if you have permission to see project financial details. In the Sales view you can easily:

☑️ Track the progress of sales cases in a kanban table or as a list
☑️ Add new sales cases and upgrade their sales status
☑️ Track monthly sales and sales cases in need of attention from KPI insights

What does the Sales view cover?

The Sales view shows your organization’s ongoing sales cases and the current month’s sales insights. The view has three parts:

  • a search field that lets you narrow down which sales cases are shown

  • KPI insights, which you can hide or bring into view using Show KPI’s in the upper right corner

  • sales cases, which you can review either in a kanban table or as a list by selecting Kanban or List

In the kanban table, each column is one of your organization’s sales statuses, and sales cases appear as cards. On a card you see the sales case name, value, customer, sales person, expected order date and the status of the sales case activities. At the end of the table there is an area for closed sales cases, with separate sections for won and lost sales cases. In these sections you see how many sales cases have been Won or Lost.

In the list view, sales cases appear as a table sorted by expected order date. In the list you see, among other things, the customer, sales person, sales status, value, probability and expected order date.

You can go to the quick view of a sales case by clicking the sales case name, or if you wish, you can open the sales case by clicking the three-dot action menu or the quick view button Go to case.

By default, the Sales view shows only ongoing sales cases. Won and lost sales cases are not shown in the sales status columns.

How do I search for sales cases?

You can search for sales cases using the search field at the top of the Sales view.

  1. Type a keyword into the Filter sales cases field

  2. The search filters sales cases in both the kanban table and the list

What do the sales KPI insights show?

The sales KPI insights show the following information about sales in the current month. Amounts are displayed in your company’s base currency.
