Released: 4 Nov 2026
New: adding and editing a sales case, Sales view, activities and tasks

Adding and editing a sales case

You can now conveniently add a new sales case for an existing account via the side panel add window. The Add sales case function is available in the Add new menu, in the Sales view, and on the Sales & projects tab of the account card. On the Sales tab of the sales case you edit sales details, such as the sales status.

For whom: For all users who are allowed to add projects and view accounts as well as projects’ financial details.

How to use: Select Add new > Add sales case.

Sales & projects on the account card

On the new Sales & projects tab of the account card you will see the account’s ongoing projects as a list or in Gantt view, and you can add a sales case for the account.

How to use: Open the account card and select the Sales & projects tab.

Sales view

The Sales view in the left side navigation brings all your sales together in one place. At a glance you see how the month is progressing and which cases need your attention. The view contains four sales insights: Sales this month, Estimated this month, Cases in need of attention, and Hitrate. In the Sales cases view you can review sales cases in two ways:

  1. Kanban: View your sales pipeline as a kanban. Drag a sales case from one column to another as its active status changes. When you drag a case to the won or lost area, you can close it at the same time. The case will become a project.

  2. List: Search and review sales cases in list format and export the list to an Excel or CSV file.

For whom: For all users who are allowed to view projects’ financial details.

How to use: Open Sales > Sales cases from the left side navigation.

Adding and editing an activity

Create and review activities in the new editing view. All activity details are in the same window regardless of where you open the activity from, so adding and checking information is fast.

For whom: Activity visibility is determined by the access rights of projects, accounts, and users.

How to use: Select Schedule > Add activity in the left side navigation.

Activity list

The Schedule view now includes an Activity list. You see your tasks as a list, including late ones, and you can quickly find a task with search. Above the list you see insights for your tasks.

For whom: Activity visibility is determined by the access rights of projects, accounts, and users.

How to use: Open Schedule from the left side navigation.

Kanban view for tasks on projects and accounts

Projects and accounts now have a Tasks tab. Drag task cards from one column to another as the case progresses. You see the situation of a project’s and account’s tasks at a glance.

For whom: For organizations that have the Activity management add-on enabled. Activity visibility is determined by the access rights of projects, accounts, and users.

How to use: Open the Tasks tab on the account card or project card.

Activities on sales cases and in the account overview

You can now add and track activities directly on a sales case. In the account’s Overview view there is a new Activities section, where you see Planned activities, Past activities, Notes, and can search for activities via the search field. The account’s entire history and next steps are in the same place, so you can always continue from where you left off.

For whom: For organizations that have the Activity management add-on enabled. Activity visibility is determined by the access rights of projects, accounts, and users.

How to use: Open an account card or a sales case and go to the Activities section of the Overview tab.
