Frequently asked questions

Q: I'm trying to add a work hour entry, but it's not possible. Why?
A: Check if there is a notice next to the day stating This day is closed for work hour entries or No work contract found for this day. These prevent recording. If the issue persists, contact your supervisor.

Q: How do I add a comment that the customer won't see on the invoice?
A: When adding or editing work hours, click Write an internal comment. The text written in this field is for internal use only within your company.

Q: The work hour entry cannot be edited. Why?
A: The work hour entry may be Approved or Invoiced. Check the entry's identifier. Change it yourself, or ask another user with the right to edit work hour entries to update the approval status to unchecked through the approval report. If the work hour entry is already invoiced, we strongly recommend considering making changes.
