Frequently asked questions

Q: Why don't I see the Create project button in the Project master view?
A: You do not have sufficient permissions to create projects. If necessary, contact your supervisor or the company's administrator to update your permissions.

Q: Why can't I delete a project? The Delete project function is missing.
A: A project cannot be deleted if hours, expenses, activities, or invoices have been recorded for it. In these cases, we recommend closing the project.

Q: Why don't I see the Financial details or Invoicing tabs on the project?
A: This can be due to different reasons. Either it is an internal project that does not have all the same tabs as customer projects do. Another reason may be that you do not have sufficient rights to data review of the project's Financial details.
