Reports

Reports-section shows you all reports you have access to, and you can open them for review. You can find the section in the page navigation under Reports.

What does the Reports section contain?

The Reports-section contains a notice of the supported report types and the All reports list. The All reports list shows the following information for each report:

Information

What it tells

Favourite

Whether the report is marked as a favourite. Favourite reports appear at the beginning of the All reports list.

Type

Report type (e.g. list report, graphical report or analysis report).

Class

Business area to which the report belongs, for example Financial details, Sales or Time & Expenses.

Phase name

Report name. By clicking the name, you open the report.

Upgraded

When the report was last modified.

Ownership and owner

Who the report belongs to: you, your organization (shared report) or Severa (Severa completed report).

All reports list is ordered by default so that favourites come first and other reports by class and name. At the top of the list you can see the amount of found reports, for example "12 reports found".

In Severa Beta Reports section only list reports are currently supported. Other report types are still available in Severa Classic.

You can export the data of a report opened in Severa Beta to an Excel or CSV file using the buttons above the report table.

  1. Open the report from the All reports list in the Reports-section

  2. Select the view whose data you want to export

  3. Click Export Excel file or Export CSV in the upper right corner of the report table
