Frequently asked questions

Q: Project invoices should be sent to a different customer in the future, is that possible?
A: Yes, it is! If changing the project's customer is not possible, e.g., because the project has already been invoiced, the project's billing customer can be changed. Open the three-dot action menu in the upper right corner of the project card Projectsettings and add new billing customer in the Billing information section.

Q: Where can I change the invoice template used in the project?
A: Changing the project's invoice template is possible in the Projectsettings section Invoicesettings.

Q: A reference number should be added to the project's future invoices, can I add it somewhere in the project's information or should the information be entered for each invoice separately?
A: You can add a project-specific reference in the Projectsettings section Billing information > Your reference. This way, the reference will automatically appear on the project's future invoices.
