FIXED: Issue with email notifications

On 4tf of July 2016 we noticed an issue with email notifications sent from Severa, i.e. password reset and email as invoice. We are investigating the issue and hopefully get the issue resolved soon!

    The email sending has started to work but there might still be some delays on mail delivery. No emails should be missing and those left on queue earlier will be delivered later to receivers.
