Known issues when using Internet Explorer 11

There are known issues when using Visma Severa with Internet Explorer 11 (comes with Windows 8).

  1. When editing invoice free text fields (HTML-fields) on invoice template, changes are not saved on first time. When text is entered second time and saved, changes are saved correctly.
  2. When trying to edit text under Instructions in Travel options under Settings, editing is not possible.

We recommend to use some other web browser, for example Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

    Performance issue with Visma Severa when using latest version of Internet Explorer 11 (11.0.9600.17207). For example work hour entry page is very slow and gives script error.

    Issue occurred after Microsoft released a security update for IE 6-11 on July 8, 2014 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2962872).

    We have reported the issue to Microsoft and will inform you as soon as we get feedback from Microsoft.

    We recommend to use some other web browser, for example Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If you are not able to use other web browsers, please contact your it-support and ask possibility to uninstall latest update of Internet explorer 11.
