Add Files & Links

Notes

  • The ability to create, view, edit and share cases is based on Access rights.
  • Local links are not supported because Internet browsers block local links when browser is in secure mode (https).

In brief

The Files & Links section is at the bottom of the case page. Content added to a case is available for review and saving by other case members. The correct software is needed to open files in their native format. Links are opened in the same internet browser as long as internet access is available.

There is no limit to the number of files and links that can be added to a case, however the total amount of disk space for file storage is limited. Please see the File storage article for more information.
