Reservations

In brief

Reservations are office equipment, conference rooms or other company assets that can be reserved through the Participants field on activities. Please see the Add an activity article for more information.

Manage reservations

  1. Go to Tools - Settings - Reservations. Notice that existing reservations are displayed in the table.
  2. To add a reservation, enter the Reservation name and click Add
  3. Or, to edit existing reservations, click the Edit icon_edit.png, Disable disable.png or Delete icon_delete.png icon
  4. Save changes
