You can access your calendar by selecting Schedule > Calendar from the left side menu. On the top you'll see relevant KPI values designed to guide you.
Depending on your access rights you can also access other users calendar by selecting the person in User menu. Note that KPI values reflect the selected users data.
You can view calendar in day, week or month view. Calendar shows all activities and you can easily recognize the activity group by it's color:
- Calendar entry: Light blue
- To-do: Green
- Project task: Violet
- Personal: Grey
- Absence: Orange
To-do list shows all tasks assigned to you divided into tasks that are overdue, due today or happening in the future. You can easily edit the task by hovering your mouse over it and for example move to a later date.
You can add new calendar entries and to-do's in this view. Fields that are shown by default are based on the activity group. The calendar that opens next to the activity details section makes it easier to find empty slots in your calendar making it easier to avoid double booking.
If you need to edit an entry you can open it from the calendar. Note that activity group cannot be changed after the activity is saved the first time.
