Lead sources identify how case sales are generated. Whether initiated by the customer, through cold calls or from a partner's suggestion, lead sources can be used to track sales figures and delimit report results.

Manage lead sources

  1. Go to tools > settings > lead sources. Existing sources are displayed in the table.
  2. Enter a new keyword in the field and click add.
  3. Or to edit an existing keyword, click the edit, Disable or delete  icons. 

Select lead source on a case

  1. Open a case, and locate the sales section.
  2. For lead source, click to open the drop-down menu and click to select a source.
  3. And, save.
