Visma Severa mobile app

Visma Severa’s new mobile application is available June 2015 on app stores for all major platforms: iPhone, Android and Windows phone. You'll find the app with the name of Visma Severa.

 

The mobile app is intended to complement the features of Severa for people working away from the office. So, whether you’re a consultant, project manager or CEO, you can enter and edit work hours, activities and items on the go using your mobile phone. The app also has quite a few handy CRM features, so you can search for accounts and contacts and easily navigate there or call them. For project and account managers, you’ll also be able to check your real-time project financials. On the dashboard you can view some important information depending on your user rights.

 

We hope you enjoy the app and the knowledge that we’re working on further improving the app on many fronts. All feedback about new features or improving existing ones is most welcome!

 

PS: The app is also free of charge for all Visma Severa customers, all you need to do is download it to your mobile phone!

Known issues

  • If you have several Severa organizations with the same username and password, logging in is not possible. Workaround: use unique passwords.
  • Some localizations are missing, so, if using language other than English, some unexpected English is shown

  • Criterias that are used are:SalesPerson: Self,Sales Status: any that is InProgress and Expected Order date: ThisMonth

AmountOfLateActivities:

  • Taken from Activity report where value is # Results
  • Criterias that are used are: Owner: self, End date: past dates excl. today and Status: InProgress

 ValueOfActiveCases:

  • Taken from Cases report where value is Excpected Value Euros (sum for all cases).
  • Criterias that are used are: Case Owner: self,Sales Status: any that is IsWon and open/closed: open

OverduePhases:

  • Taken from Phases report where value is # Results
  • Criterias that are used are:Owner: self, Deadline: past dates excl. today and Completed: No, (Case Open/Closed : Open)

ReadyToBill

  • Taken from Phases report where value is CasesUninvoiced Euros(sum for all cases)
  • Criterias that is used:Case Owner: self
