In Project overview you can easily view all your open projects in either list or Gantt view and add new ones. Project Gantt lists projects and phases on a timeline (year, month, week, day) and you can narrow down the list using either the filters or search. Based on your need you have the possibility to either show or hide completed phases from the list.
In Gantt-view you can also change project/phase timeline by clicking the timeline and dragging it with mouse or just changing the start and/or end date.
When you are viewing the project list, you can easily export the data also into Excel or CSV file. You can filter the results shown by Project manager, Business unit or Account owner. On top you see relevant KPI values but note that filters reflect also KPI values shown.
The values shown on list view cannot be modified (system defaults). If you want to review some other project related data, use our reporting tools (see Report creation).
