ITravelReimbursement. GetTravelReimbursementsByStatus

Two things have been improved in ITravelReimbursement. GetTravelReimbursementsByStatus Method:

1. If parameter "status" is left empty or is null, then travel reimbursements from all statuses are returned.

2. Parameter "options" now supports business unit hierarchy, so that when bitflag is 16, API returns travel reimibursements from the given business unit or it's children.
