There is going to be change on 8.3.2019 product release regarding the Uninvoiced and Billable values calculation in different Case reports. Change affects both old- and new UI and all customers who have work hour approval in use.

What is changed?

Earlier the Uninvoiced value calculated all uninvoiced hours including not approved and not reviewed hours. After the change Uninvoiced and Billable values calculate only all uninvoiced approved hours. 

What reports/views this affects?

  • Project model for new UI
  • Case report
  • Task report
  • Business units report
  • Case analysis report (only approved part of hours changed)
  • Project overview
