By creating more than one price list for your company through Tools > Settings > Price lists, you are able to select different billing rates for different work types and different people. The price list identified as default will automatically be applied to all new cases. However, if you wish to use a different price list simply edit the pricing section of a case. Make adjustments to an existing price list or design a completely new pricing scheme for this case only. Prices can be adjusted based on the person, work type, phase and rate.
