Lead sources identify how case sales are generated. Whether initiated by the customer, through cold calls or from a partner's suggestion, lead sources can be used to track sales figures and delimit report results.
Manage lead sources
- Go to tools > settings > lead sources. Existing sources are displayed in the table.
- Enter a new keyword in the field and click add.
- Or to edit an existing keyword, click the edit, Disable or delete icons.
Select lead source on a case
Open a case, and locate the sales section.
For lead source, click to open the drop-down menu and click to select a source.
- And, save.
