Time entries are entries that aren't work hours, such as lunch breaks or travel time. They are not included in total work hours of users, and they can be reported separately.

Manage time entry types
Go to Tools > Settings - Time entry types to add, edit or disable time entry types.
Entering time entries
Time entries can be entered via work hour form, using daily view. Time entries can be entered only to internal cases.
Reporting
Time entries can be reported with Work hour summary and Time entries -reports
